Our Story
Built by a host who couldn’t find the tools he needed.
LetGrow started because James was frustrated. He managed his own Airbnb listings and spent hours trying to figure out why bookings were dropping. Every tool he found was either built for property managers, took a cut of his bookings, or gave generic advice that could fit any listing in any market.
Nothing told him specifically what was wrong with his listing, how he compared to the competition, or what to fix first to make a real difference.
So he built it. LetGrow combines AI analysis with expert human review to give hosts a clear, data-backed picture of listing performance — and a prioritised plan to improve it. No property management. No commissions. No guesswork. Just the insights and actions that move the needle.

LetGrow started with a calendar gap I couldn’t explain. Bookings dropped one quarter and I couldn’t tell whether the cause was my pricing, my hero photo, the title, the season, or that a new listing had opened two streets away. The dashboard told me what happened. It never told me why.
I tried every tool I could find. The pricing optimisers gave me numbers without reasoning. The “listing optimisation” agencies wanted a percentage of every booking, forever. The free advice on hosting forums was generic enough to fit any property and any market — which meant it fit none of them. What I actually wanted was a clear, honest scorecard against the signals that move Airbnb’s algorithm: title, description, photos, amenities, reviews, and pricing position. So I built one.
LetGrow scores listings out of 100 across those six signals, with a red / amber / green verdict for each and a specific list of fixes ordered by impact. No property management. No commission. No subscription. Just the diagnosis I wish I’d had — available free in 60 seconds to any host who pastes their URL, with deeper expert-reviewed reports for hosts who want me to do the rewrites and the photo retake list for them.
