Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Usage data: pages visited, time on site, and interactions, collected via Google Analytics.
Communications: any messages you send us via email or our contact form.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

To analyse your listing and generate your performance report.
To send you your report, digital guidebook, and related communications via email.
To process payments for Pro and Premium services.
To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics.

Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent (when you submit your listing) and legitimate interest (to deliver the service you requested and improve our platform).

Supabase (database and file storage) — stores your submission data and generated reports. Hosted in the EU.
Brevo (email delivery) — sends your report and guidebook emails. EU-based.
Stripe (payment processing) — handles all payment transactions securely. PCI DSS compliant.
Anthropic (AI analysis) — processes your listing data to generate insights and recommendations. Data is not used for model training.
Google Analytics (website analytics) — collects anonymised usage data.
Vercel (hosting) — serves our website and API.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data retention

We retain your submission data and generated reports for up to 12 months from the date of submission, to allow you to access your results. Payment records are retained for 6 years in accordance with UK tax obligations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 7 below).

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
