1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LetGrow website at www.letgrow.co.uk and all related services. By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LetGrow ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based company providing AI-powered listing analysis and optimisation services for short-term rental hosts.

2. Our services

LetGrow offers three service tiers:

Starter (Free): an AI-generated performance score with section-by-section breakdown, competitor benchmarking, and prioritised recommendations.
Pro (£39): everything in Starter plus expert-reviewed analysis, SEO-optimised title and description rewrites, review analysis, a personalised 7-day action plan, and a digital guidebook.
Premium (£74): everything in Pro plus photo enhancement, competitor pricing analysis, revenue strategy, and a 30-day follow-up audit.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing and service offerings at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Payments

Pro and Premium services are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time of submission. Your report will be delivered to the email address you provide.

4. Delivery

Starter reports are delivered instantly. Pro reports are delivered within 4 hours of submission. Premium reports are delivered within 16 hours of submission. These are maximum timeframes and reports are often delivered sooner.

Reports are delivered via email as a PDF attachment and are also available to view online. Digital guidebooks are delivered separately via email.

5. Refund policy

As our services involve the creation of bespoke digital content tailored to your specific listing, we are unable to offer refunds once your report has been generated and delivered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt digital content from the standard 14-day cooling off period once delivery has begun with your consent.

If you believe there is a genuine error in your report, please contact us at hello@letgrow.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Submit listings that you do not own or have permission to analyse.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform or AI models.
Resell or redistribute our reports without our written consent.
Submit automated or bulk requests without prior agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the LetGrow website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and report templates, is owned by LetGrow and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content of that report for your own listing optimisation purposes. You may not republish, resell, or distribute report content commercially.

Rewritten titles, descriptions, and recommendations provided in your report are yours to use on your listing as you see fit.

8. Limitation of liability

Our reports and recommendations are provided as guidance to help improve your listing performance. We do not guarantee specific results, including increased bookings, revenue, or search ranking improvements on any platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-party platforms

LetGrow analyses publicly available listing data from platforms such as Airbnb. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb or any other short-term rental platform. Changes to third-party platform policies may affect the availability or accuracy of our analysis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
