Is it really automated, or just drafts I have to approve?
Both — you choose. Every agent starts in Suggest, where it drafts and you approve. When you dial an agent to Auto, it acts on its own without a draft step. Unlike draft-and-approve tools, LetGrow's agents can send directly once you trust them.
Can the agents send messages to guests on their own?
On Auto, yes — the Inbox Agent replies to guests directly in your voice. On Suggest it drafts the reply and waits for your approval. You set the level for each agent independently.
What will the agents never do without me?
Price floors, guest declines and any charge are never crossed automatically. An agent can suggest going below your floor, declining a booking or taking a payment, but those actions always wait for you — regardless of the dial.
